These terms set out the basis on which you may use emisnap.com (the "Site"). Using it means accepting them; if you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

The tool this page covers is EMISnap, an EMI and mortgage calculator. Put simply, it finds the monthly instalment for a mortgage, car loan or personal loan and shows the full amortisation schedule, and the way it does so is this: it uses the standard reducing-balance formula where the payment depends on principal, monthly rate and term, and it splits every instalment into the interest and principal portions so you can see the balance fall. Everything stated here applies to that tool and the values it handles, and to nothing else.

Everything the tool works with — the loan amount, interest rate and term you enter — is handled locally. It is usually reached for things like checking whether an extra payment shortens the term, and because nothing is transmitted a visitor can close the tab knowing no copy was made anywhere.

What the Site is

EMISnap offers an EMI and mortgage calculator, free to use, together with supporting explanations. Every result is an estimate computed from what you supply, following the method set out on the page itself. Financial output is illustrative: it assumes steady rates, unchanged contributions and simplified taxes, none of which will hold exactly, and it is not advice.

No advice relationship

Nothing on the Site creates a professional relationship of any kind. You are responsible for how you use any result.

Third-party content and advertising

Advertising from third parties supports the Site, and external links may appear for reference. We are not responsible for what those third parties do. Ads never change a result.

Changes and downtime

There is no uptime promise: tools and pages may be altered, suspended or withdrawn without notice, and the Site is offered as it stands.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision taken in reliance on a result from the Site.

Which law applies

The law that applies to these terms is that of the jurisdiction where the Site operator is established, ignoring conflict-of-law principles.

Not financial advice

Financial results rest on assumptions about rates, contributions, fees and taxes that will not hold exactly. They are illustrative, not advice, and should not be the only basis for a financial decision. Consult a licensed adviser before acting on a projection.

Accuracy

We take the method seriously and describe it openly, but we cannot promise every output is flawless or that the material stays current. Where a known margin of error applies, treat the figure as an estimate rather than a fact.

What you may and may not do

You may use the Site for personal and professional purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, present it as your own, or use it for anything unlawful.

Content ownership and licence

The design, text and code of the Site belong to us or are licensed to us, except where credited otherwise. You may link to any page. Reproducing substantial parts of the content requires written permission.
